Our team will review your request and respond within 15 business days.

Please note the following conditions for refund eligibility:

 

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

    • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

 

    • Refunds will not be granted for courses that have been completed or accessed beyond the allowable threshold.

 

    • Refunds will not be provided for any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase.

 

  • Refunds are at the discretion of SpeakWaves and may be refused if the refund request does not meet the specified conditions.

The following items are non-refundable:

 

    • Any fees charged for additional services or products offered in conjunction with the course.

 

    • Membership fees, subscription fees, or recurring payments for access to our platform or services.

 

  • Any courses purchased through third-party platforms or resellers.
